Jethro Celamy is now a Project Geotechnical Engineer out of our Riverside, Rhode Island office. He joined S.W. Cole Engineering in May 2023 as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer, when S.W. Cole acquired Aldinger & Associates. He had been working for Aldinger & Associates since January 2022. Prior to joining the engineering field, Jethro had experience working as a Construction Inspector. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Logan Henderson is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade II working out of our Bangor, Maine location. Logan joined our team in March 2022 as an entry level Construction Services Technician. She has a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from the University of Maine. Since joining our team, Logan has worked diligently to earn professional certifications from organizations such as ACI and NETTCP.
Leah Younge has been promoted to Laboratory Technician – Grade I at our Gray, Maine location. Leah joined S.W. Cole as a Laboratory Technician in November 2024 and immediately immersed herself in learning as much as possible. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and willingness to continuously expand her skillset make her a valuable member of the team.
Naomi Mcmillen has been promoted to Laboratory Technician – Grade I out of our Gray, Maine office. Naomi joined our team in May 2024 as an entry level Laboratory Technician. She has multiple associate degrees from Central New Mexico Community College and is working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in biophysical science from Regent University.
Nate Matthias is now a Laboratory Technician – Grade I at our Riverside, Rhode Island location. He joined our team in September 2024 as an entry level Laboratory Technician. Nate has a Process Technology Certificate from the Community College of Rhode Island.
Michaela Charette has been promoted to Laboratory Technician – Grade I at our Sidney, Maine office. She joined S.W. Cole as an entry level Laboratory Technician in September 2024. Michaela has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Rivier University and a Master of Science degree in medical sciences from the University of Vermont.
Tristan Blais has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our White River Junction, Vermont office. Tristan joined our team as an entry level Construction Services Technician in September 2024. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in electromechanical engineering technology and an Associate of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering technology from Vermont State University (formerly known as Vermont Technical College).
Matt Surette is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Gray, Maine location. He joined our team in November 2024 as an entry level Construction Services Technician. He studied marketing at Johnson & Wales University.
Tom Howe has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Londonderry, New Hampshire office. He joined S.W. Cole as an entry level Construction Services Technician in November 2024. He has an associate degree in business from Husson University.
Djaylan Burns is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I working out of our Gray, Maine location. She joined our team in November 2024 as an entry level Construction Services Technician. Djaylan served for four years as an Aviation Ordnanceman in the U.S. Navy.
Emily Wrigley has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Sidney, Maine office. Emily joined S.W. Cole as an entry level Construction Services Technician in September 2024. She has Associate in Science degrees in computer aided drafting & design and computer science from Kennebec Valley Community College.
Lukas Holland is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I working out of our Boylston, Massachusetts location. He joined our team in February 2025 as an entry level Construction Services Technician. He has a degree in robotics from Plymouth State University.
