Sylvia and Allen take on new roles

We are excited to announce two recent promotions on our team.

Sarah Sylvia has been promoted to Assistant Construction Services Manager at our Gray, Maine office. Sarah joined our team in August 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and was previously promoted to the position of Construction Services Coordinator. During her time at S.W. Cole, she has earned numerous industry certifications from organizations like ACI and NETTCP. She graduated from the Stephen W. Cole Emerging Leaders program in 2021. Sarah is widely recognized for her exceptional responsiveness to both clients and co-workers. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently exceed expectations.

Alex Allen is now a Staff Geotechnical Engineer at our Bangor, Maine location. Alex started at S.W. Cole in April 2022 as an intern in the Construction Services department. She previously received promotions to Construction Services Technician and then Construction Services Technician – Grade I. She recently earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maine. Alex has demonstrated her value through hard work, reliability, and a consistently positive approach. Her willingness to learn and take on new challenges continues to strengthen our team.
