Team members take on new roles 

Kaylie O’Sullivan has been promoted to Construction Services Manager at our Easton, Massachusetts location. Kaylie joined our team in 2020 as a Construction Services Technician and was promoted to Assistant Construction Services Manager in 2024. She previously served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer. Kaylie holds an Associate of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Bristol Community College. Kaylie has thrived in her role as Assistant Construction Services Manager, excelling in project scheduling, project management, and laboratory calibrations and certifications. She has played a key role in assisting staff with obtaining industry certifications. 

Brooke Martin has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Gray, Maine location. She started with us in March 2025 as an entry level Construction Services Technician. She has a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Southern Maine. Brooke has successfully obtained multiple industry certifications, equipping her with the technical expertise essential to field safety and materials testing. She consistently demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving, takes initiative in field operations, and contributes to maintaining high standards on every project. Her commitment to professional development and her dedication to both safety and accuracy make her an asset to our team.
