We are proud to announce this quarter’s Culture Champion: Ryan LaBonte, a Construction Inspector at our Somersworth, New Hampshire location. This recognition celebrates individuals who exemplify our CORE VALUES (commitment, integrity, quality and leadership) and actively foster a collaborative team environment.

Ryan is a highly valued member of the Somersworth Construction Materials Testing team, capable of servicing unique investigatory and forensic projects and mentoring others through the early stages of their careers. Ryan takes time to help other technicians understand the technical aspects of projects both before and after site visits. He is committed to client needs, taking extra time to share helpful insights with contractors.

In addition to his technical knowledge, Ryan has been an important contributor to our marketing efforts. He is a talented photographer and has provided photographs for a variety of marketing initiatives. Ryan also participates on the marketing committee, offering valuable feedback and ideas. His willingness to share his time, talent, and ideas has made a meaningful difference in our marketing efforts.
