Celebrating Professional Growth Across Our Team 

Brenda Hazzard has been promoted to Assistant Construction Services Manager at our Somersworth, NH location. She joined our team in September 2010 as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years, she accepted additional responsibilities, including serving as Director of Administrative Services and, most recently, Construction Services Coordinator. Brenda is recognized for her professionalism and her positive interactions with clients and project teams. She has built strong client relationships, coordinated project needs, and supported effective communication between clients, project managers, and technical staff. Her client-focused approach, attention to detail, and commitment to learning have contributed to positive client experiences and the overall success of our operations. 

Owen McKinstry is now a Laboratory Technician – Grade I at our Riverside, RI location. He joined our team in February 2026 as a Laboratory Technician. Since joining the team, Owen has supported a wide range of day-to-day soil laboratory operations. His responsibilities have included conducting gradation testing, Proctor testing, hydrometer analyses, and laboratory CBR testing. Owen has also helped mentor a recently hired laboratory technician, demonstrating his willingness to share knowledge and support his colleagues. 

Andrew Carter is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Easton, MA location. He joined our team in March 2025 as an Intern. Andrew has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to performing high-quality work. He has embraced opportunities to expand his knowledge and develop his skills as he continues to grow within the company. 

Riley Nordahl is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Easton, MA location. He joined our team in June 2026 as an entry-level Construction Services Technician. Riley approaches his work with a commitment to quality and professional growth. He has become a reliable resource for lightweight concrete projects, demonstrating a solid understanding of the applicable testing standards. 

Crystal Pike is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Gray, ME location. She joined our team in May 2026 as an entry-level Construction Services Technician. Crystal consistently demonstrates a proactive approach to learning, a commitment to professional growth, and a genuine desire to support positive client experiences. Her positive attitude, initiative, and dedication have made her a valued member of the S.W. Cole team.
