Leadership Updates

We are pleased to announce some leadership updates, including the promotion of Andrew Michaud to Vice President of Construction Services.

Andrew joined S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. (S.W.COLE) in 1999 as a Construction Services Technician. Andrew has worked in leadership positions at several locations and was promoted to Regional Branch Offices Manager in 2022, overseeing offices in Riverside, Rhode Island and Londonderry, New Hampshire. He joined the S.W. Cole Engineering, Inc. Board of Directors in 2023.

Andrew has 25+ years of experience working on various types of construction projects. He has managed and performed materials testing and special inspections on schools, medical facilities, roadways, bridges, airports, energy distribution projects, water and wastewater treatment facilities, retail, and hospitality.

Andrew has been an active participant in a variety of committees and initiatives during his time at S.W.COLE, and his commitment to his profession, his clients, and his colleagues has made him a respected leader.

Roger Domingo who has served as Vice President of Construction Services until now will move to the position of Senior Advisor. He joined S.W.COLE in 1992, holding several leadership positions before being named Vice President of Construction Services in 2014. We appreciate Roger’s service to the firm during his time as Vice President of Construction Services and we look forward to his continued contributions to the team in his new role.

We have two new shareholders – Chris Raymond and Richard Smith.

Chris joined S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. in May 2011 as a Construction Services Technician. During his first eight years Chris gained experience performing materials testing and inspection on a variety of construction projects including industrial, commercial, educational and public projects. Chris worked for the Maine DOT for one year before returning to S.W.COLE as an Assistant Construction Services Manager. He was promoted to Construction Services Manager in the Bangor S.W.COLE office in 2020.

Richard began at S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. in 2012 as a Senior Technician. He was promoted to Construction Services Coordinator and then promoted again to his current position of Construction Services Manager at the Londonderry, New Hampshire office. His responsibilities include contract and business development, project management, assisting with testing services and performing special inspections. Richard has 27+ years of experience working on various types of construction projects. He has managed and performed materials testing and special inspections on schools, medical facilities, roadways, bridges, airports, energy distribution projects, water & wastewater treatment facilities, retail, and hospitality.
