Alexander Charnitsky is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Easton, Massachusetts location. Alex joined our team in December 2025 as an entry-level Construction Services Technician and has demonstrated strong initiative, a commitment to learning, and continuous improvement in his role.

Hillis Elles is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our White River Junction, Vermont location. Hillis joined our team in October 2025 as an entry-level Construction Services Technician and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Southern New Hampshire University. Hillis is always looking for ways to grow professionally in his role as a Construction Services Technician, continually building his skills to better support the White River Junction team. He is a dependable, collaborative team member who consistently brings a positive attitude and delivers high-quality work.

Lindsey Gagnon is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Somersworth, New Hampshire location. Lindsey joined our team in December 2025 as an entry-level Construction Services Technician and holds an associate degree in digital media technology from Great Bay Community College. She has quickly become a valued member of the Somersworth Construction Materials Testing team through her enthusiasm, quality reporting, and eagerness to learn more about the industry.

Jorge Goncalves is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Easton, Massachusetts location. Jorge joined our team in November 2025 as an entry-level Construction Services Technician. Jorge has steadily gained experience and confidence, taking on large concrete placements and demonstrating flexibility and dedication to project needs.

Elizabeth Halstead is now a Laboratory Technician – Grade I at our Londonderry, New Hampshire location. Elizabeth joined our team in December 2024 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Wyoming. She has consistently demonstrated a strong blend of curiosity, dedication, and professionalism throughout her time with our team. She has thrived in her role as a Laboratory Technician, excelling in laboratory calibrations and certifications.

Judson Irish is now an Assistant Construction Services Manager at our Boylston, Massachusetts location. Judson joined our team at the Londonderry office in April 2023 as an entry-level Construction Services Technician and has earned multiple promotions through his diverse technical experience, strong communication skills, and numerous professional certifications. In his new role, Judson will play a key role in coordinating projects, supporting personnel management and training, maintaining client communications, and overseeing field and laboratory operations.

Zachary McRae is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Somersworth, New Hampshire location. Zachary joined S.W. Cole in July 2025 as an entry-level Construction Services Technician. He previously served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman. He has demonstrated a dedicated work ethic and eagerness to learn new concepts and testing procedures both in the lab and field. His consistent, proactive communication on the job site, including asking questions as they arise, makes him an ideal technician.

Heath ONeill is now a Construction Services Manager at our White River Junction, Vermont location. Heath joined our team in August 2024 as a Construction Services Technician – Grade I and was promoted to Assistant Construction Services Manager in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geoscience from Southern New Hampshire University and previously served in the United States Naval Service. He has played an integral role in training new technicians while continuing his own professional development.

Mohammed Rifaz is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Easton, Massachusetts location. Mohammed joined our team in December 2025 as an entry-level Construction Services Technician and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from St. Joseph Engineering College. He has demonstrated efficiency in both field and laboratory work and has excelled at writing field reports.
