Team member promotions

Congratulations to our team members who have recently earned promotions!

Jean Lamontanaro has been promoted to the position of Marketing Manager, working with both S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. and Seaboard Drilling, LLC, from our Hermon, Maine location. Jean joined our team in September 2023 as a Marketing Coordinator. Since then, she has helped reinvigorate our social media, updated our qualifications documents, and coordinated many of the tasks associated with the rebranding efforts for Seaboard Drilling, LLC, including the new web site. She will continue much of her prior work but will now lead and manage many of our marketing projects, working with the department and local managers. She recently formed a marketing committee and is currently managing the design of a new web site for S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc.

Riley Moyer has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade III at our Somersworth, New Hampshire location. Riley joined S. W. Cole in 2015. Since joining our team, he has earned numerous professional certifications in CMT and special inspections.

Riley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Technology, with minors in surveying engineering technology and engineering. While in college, Riley received valuable industry experience working as a transportation aide for the Maine Department of Transportation.

Mike White is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Hermon, Maine office. He joined our team in September 2023, and since then he has been working diligently to earn certifications and expand his knowledge and experience.

Prior to joining S. W. Cole, Mike had a variety of experience working in carpentry and retail.
