New promotions on our Construction Services team

Travis Ambrose is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Riverside, Rhode Island location. Travis joined S.W. Cole in August 2025 as an entry level Construction Services Technician. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rhode Island College. Travis has worked on a wide range of projects since his arrival at S.W. Cole, including performing field sampling and testing at the Revolution Wind Project. Recently, he has taken on responsibility for performing the daily concrete compression testing and flexural beam testing.

Harry Averill has transitioned into a full-time role as a Construction Services Technician at our Bangor, Maine office. Harry started as an Intern in March 2025 and is working toward a B.A. in Earth and Climate Sciences from the University of Maine. During his time working as an intern, Harry has demonstrated a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. He readily takes on any task assigned.

Kaitlyn (Kate) Hilder is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Somersworth, New Hampshire location. Kate joined our team as an entry level Construction Services Technician in September 2025. Kate has shown a great interest in the type of work we observe and report on, stemming from her past work experience with VTrans. She has excelled in learning various concrete and soil testing procedures. She has also demonstrated an aptitude for training other newer technicians. She has great attention to detail and does not hesitate to ask questions to further her technical understanding.

Judson Irish has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade II at our Londonderry, New Hampshire office. Judson joined our team in April 2023 as an entry level Construction Services technician and was previously promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade I. Judson has worked hard over the past years navigating a path to obtain the necessary points required to earn this promotion. His ability to perform required special inspections makes him a strong contributor to the team.

Kyle Maguire has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Riverside, Rhode Island office. He joined our team as an entry level technician in September 2025 and has worked on several projects since he was hired, including recent work on the Roger W. Wheeler State Beach boardwalk project. He has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Since joining our team, he has worked diligently to earn his ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I certification.

Ethan Medeiros is now a Construction Services Technician – Grade II at our Easton, Massachusetts location. Ethan joined our team as an entry level Construction Services Technician in July 2022 and was previously promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade I. He has an associate degree in business from Massasoit Community College. Ethan consistently expands his knowledge and skills, and he plays a key role in developing and supporting newer team members.

Jason Roy has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Londonderry, New Hampshire office. He joined our team as an entry level Construction Services Technician in October 2025. He has an A.S. in Nursing from Bunker Hill Community College. Jason has demonstrated exceptional skills in a short period of time, earning required certifications, all making him a valuable team player.
