Emma Dennis has been promoted to Project Geotechnical Engineer at our Somersworth, New Hampshire location. She joined our team in April 2022 as a Construction Services Intern. Emma is recognized for her strong work ethic and commitment to professional development. She effectively balances her current responsibilities while continuing to advance her career, demonstrating our core values of commitment and leadership. Emma is participating in the Stephen W. Cole Emerging Leaders program this year.

Sean Hlywa has also been promoted to Project Geotechnical Engineer at our Somersworth location. He first joined our team in June 2022 as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer. Sean is a dependable team member who shows dedication to his work and professional growth. We look forward to seeing him continue to develop in his role as a geotechnical engineer. Sean is a 2025 graduate of the Stephen W. Cole Emerging Leaders program.

Camilo Mestre has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade II at our Boylston, Massachusetts location. Camilo joined our team as a Construction Services Technician in February 2024. He is known for his dependability, strong plan reading skills, and demonstrated aptitude for pursuing and completing certifications. Camilo works independently, takes initiative, and contributes to the success of both projects and the team.

Jordan Paine has been promoted to Laboratory Manager – Grade II at our Easton, Massachusetts location. She joined our team in August 2022 as a Laboratory Technician. Jordan continues to expand her knowledge and skills in both laboratory and field settings, including equipment calibrations and proficiency sample testing. She is a reliable team member who approaches her work with care and attention to detail.

Cassie Stelmash has been promoted to Staff Geotechnical Engineer at our Easton location. Cassie joined our team in May 2023 as a Construction Services Intern. She is recognized for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and collaborative approach. She consistently steps up to support the team, approaching every assignment with a positive attitude and focus on delivering quality work.

Ben Zeitlin has been promoted to Construction Services Technician – Grade I at our Bangor, Maine location. He joined our team as a Construction Services Technician in February 2026. Ben is a collaborative team member who is eager to learn and embraces new responsibilities. His positive and helpful attitude contributes to a strong team environment.
