Judson Irish is now the Construction Services Manager at our Boylston, Massachusetts location. Judson joined our team in April 2023 as a Construction Services Technician. Since joining S.W. Cole, Judson has consistently demonstrated a willingness to learn, embrace new opportunities, and take on increasingly challenging responsibilities. His commitment to professional growth, combined with a thoughtful and risk-conscious approach to decision-making, has earned the respect of both clients and coworkers.

One of Judson’s greatest strengths is his ability to translate recent field experience into effective leadership. Having advanced through the ranks as a technician, he brings a practical understanding of the challenges our staff face every day and has been successful in training, mentoring, and developing others. His ability to connect technical knowledge with real-world applications has made him a valuable resource to our team.

Judson has also distinguished himself through exceptional responsiveness and dedication to client service. Whether supporting clients, assisting project teams, or helping fellow employees resolve challenges, he consistently demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a team-first attitude.

Daniel Jack is now a Laboratory Manager  – Grade III at our Londonderry, New Hampshire location. Dan joined our team in May 2020 as a Laboratory Technician. He has demonstrated the skills to earn this promotion through his oversight of testing operations, equipment calibrations, quality control activities, and efforts to maintain a high standard for safety. He is a reliable resource for maintaining compliance with our proficiency testing and accreditation protocols. His contributions to laboratory operations and commitment to maintaining quality and compliance have prepared him well for this role.

Justin Libby is now a Construction Services Technician  – Grade I at our Gray, Maine location. He joined our team in November 2025 as a Construction Services Technician. Justin has consistently demonstrated a collaborative approach to his work and is a valuable contributor to the team. He is eager to learn, embraces new responsibilities, and actively seeks opportunities to expand his knowledge and skills. Justin approaches challenges with a positive attitude, is willing to assist others when needed, and contributes to a productive and supportive work environment.
